One to two of our attendants will be there running the booth, guiding guests, and keeping the energy high.
Open air means a bit more room. The booth needs space for the backdrop and for a group to gather in front of it, and we scout your venue in advance to place it well. Please allow a minimum area of 10ft x 10ft.
Yes. Because the booth has no walls, it adapts to wide halls, garden lawns, and rooftop terraces, wherever there is room for a big group.
A standard outlet is all we require. For outdoor or remote locations, we arrive equipped with backup power.
We plan for it. Our walkthrough before the event flags any limitations well before your guests arrive.
Yes. A dedicated on site host gathers groups into the frame, keeps the flow moving, and makes sure everyone gets their photo.
One to two attendants run the booth, scaled to your guest count. The team is briefed in full before the day.
For peak season, especially spring and fall weddings, six or more months is standard. For corporate or smaller social events, six to eight weeks is usually comfortable.
Your cancellation terms are detailed in your agreement at booking. Our team will walk you through them personally, with no fine print surprises, so you can plan your group photos with confidence.
