A quiet corner is ideal. The Video Guestbook needs room for the booth, the lighting, and a little space around it so guests can speak freely, and we scout your venue in advance to find the right spot. Please allow a minimum area of 10ft x 10ft.
Yes. We choose a calm spot away from the loudest part of the room, whether that is a lounge, an alcove, or a garden terrace.
A standard outlet powers the camera, lighting, and touchscreen. For outdoor or remote locations, we arrive equipped with backup power.

One to two attendants run the guestbook, scaled to your guest count. The team is briefed in full on your voicemail greeting and branding before the day.
For peak season, especially spring and fall weddings, six or more months is standard. For anniversaries, tributes, or smaller social events, six to eight weeks is usually comfortable.
