Very little. The AI Experience runs from a compact station with a camera, a screen, and a spot for guests to pose, so it fits comfortably into a corner of the room. Please allow a minimum area of 10ft x 10ft.

A standard outlet powers the camera and display. For outdoor or remote locations, we arrive equipped with backup power.

Yes. A dedicated on site host guides each guest through posing and keeps the experience moving, so the portraits are ready to show off.
One to two attendants run the experience, scaled to your guest count. The team is briefed in full on your themes and brand details before the day.
For peak season, especially spring and fall weddings, six or more months is standard. For brand launches or smaller social events, six to eight weeks is usually comfortable.
